Principal's Corner

Dear Sierra Vista Families,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!  I hope that you had a wonderful summer filled with fun and time with friends and loved ones! I am excited to introduce myself as the new principal at Sierra Vista Elementary. It is evident that the Sierra Vista community values family, education, and excellence.  It is an absolute honor to be a part of such an incredible learning community!  I greatly value the home school partnership and feel confident that our partnership will empower our students to grow and thrive during their time at Sierra Vista. I look forward to getting to know each of you. 

Sierra Vista’s theme for this school year coincides with the district’s theme “Together Towards Tomorrow”. This theme is a perfect segue from the school theme from last year, “Sierra Vista is Better Together”. Last year, Sierra Vista Eagles worked hard, persevered, and collaborated each and every day.  This year our scholars will continue that focus, with an emphasis on why this matters, as well as building the 21st century skills that will arm them with the tools and strategies that will prepare them for their futures.  

Sierra Vista staff works hard each and every day to keep our students safe, as well as implement authentic learning experiences that will help enrich your child’s educational experience.  I am confident that with your support, this year promises to be full of amazing accomplishments and memorable experiences! 

I am eager to witness the amazing growth as Sierra Vista Eagles Work Together Towards Tomorrow.
